The rooms are ready to move into at the day of arrival at 3 pm. Certainly, an arrival before 3 pm is possible and we try our best that your room is prepared for an earlier Check-In. If the room is not ready to move into, we are willingly store your luggage, while you already enjoy a refreshing North Sea breeze or the time of waiting at an East Frisian tea in our cosy restaurant.
The hotel is in parts accessibly furnished. Our restaurant is accessibly furnished, as well. However, at a personal phone call, we would be glad to check if we are able to fulfil your specific requirements.
Of course, towels and bathrobes are ready at your arrival. If a specific bathrobe size is required, please inform us before your arrival so that we are well-prepared.
Our breakfast buffet is daily available from 8:00 to 10:30 am. Hot food is daily available from noon to 2 p.m. and in the evening from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. Moreover, between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. we offer everything for a little snack in between, as well as an extensive assortment of baked goods and cake specialities.
Both at our substantial breakfast buffet and at supper, we are serving vegetarian delicacies. Our kitchen team around our chefs de cuisine Mr Rickers and Mr Müller gladly answers further requests. Just inform us.
We adjust willingly and individually ourselves to your food intolerances or other allergies. Please inform us beforehand, so our kitchen team is able to be prepared.
All rooms within the hotel are non-smoking rooms, most of them with the possibility to smoke at the balcony or terrace. Furthermore, smoking within the lobby or the restaurants is not allowed. However, with our FUMARIS we created a comfortable and well-designed refuge for smokers as alternative to the uncomfortable and cold way of going outside.
We take service quality seriously. In this respect, we will gladly shuttle you to the hotel or the train station or order a taxi for you. Simply let us know your arrival or departure times. Thus, your wellness holiday at the North Sea can already begin in a relaxed manner upon arrival.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your four-legged friends with you. Alternatively, we can recommend a suitable holiday flat or boarding kennel.
